[IUG] Automation of adding items to bib records feature in Millennium Catalog has been reversed

Since we moved to release 2007 1.1 (Early Adopters), the automation of adding item to bib records feature in Millennium Catalog has been reversed.
 
BEFORE 2007 1.1:
 
When open and save a bib record which has no item attached to it, automatically it takes us to the summary screen and opens the new item template for us.
 
AFTER 2007 1.1:
 
The above feature works ONLY when we use Remote search in Millennium Catalog and import a bib record, modify it and save it. Only then, the summary windows opens and item templates appears on top of it.
 
Before the release 2007 1.1 update, this feature used to work the other way around.
