[IUG] Web Server Logs

When downloading a Web Server Logs file and open it in Excel, what exactly should we look for?
 
1- Source of IP Address? Why?
2- The Browser type, operating system?
3- The search string?
4- The date/time?
 I don't really know what to get out of this report.
