[IUG] Setting Password Policies

Please,
 
Just wonder how other libraries worked on Setting Password Policies (Page 107537)?
 
1- How you choose which way to go in implementing each part of the policy box (Basic, Composition, Expiration, Limit, etc)?
2- What did you do with existing passwords that are not compliant with what is in the policy box?
3- Have you had any resistance to use the new password policies?
