Thanks David,

I did find the clues in the iiirunner.exe window. The image of the logo was stored on a network drive that is not available to an imaged circulation station. We had to map the drive until changing the bath in the design mode of the template, then re-import it.

One other thing, to add to your furstration one more reason, is when you configure the print template in the Select Printer section, Print Service box, it asks for a user name, that user name must be the user name of the person who designed the templates! I tried to put my initials, which has all III functions, but it didn't work, so I had to ask for that person's initials and when I put it, it worked!
