[IUG] Using Print Templates

Has any library faced this situation:
 
We can not use Circulation hold slips print template on computers other than the once we used to design the templates on. The Circulation supervisor has designed some templates on her staff computer in her office and re-export them to the system. When try to use any other computer outside of her office, system gives this message:
The document was rendered but it could not be printed.
I did the same on my office computer, to face same issue!
