[IUG] Oracle Libraries upgrade to Release 2007

We are an Oracle libraries.
 
When running the prep phase of the upgrade process, get to Software Load as described on page 6 of the upgrade instructions; however, although we have backup to disk defined as our backup device, we do NOT see the message: This will use the backup device associated with your Full backups and when pressing return to continue, we are continually prompted to enter a tape.
 
Help Desk says it has happened to other Oracle library as well and resolve the issue should be simple.
