Heather,

I have GA in toplogo, but not in toplogo_loggedin. So that we can
collect data on normal catalogue activity, but not on activity after a
patron has logged in. Before I changed the placing of this I was a
little uncomfortable with the fact that I could drill down and see
individual patron details in the urls that were accessed. You can filter
this detail out but I wasn't sure that we should be forwarding this info
to the Google Giant.

The script appears to work up at the top, I am not really sure why
google want it near the bottom.
