Unfortunately, the Community Reviews Manager Login url has changed once or twice so it can be tricky to find.

You are correct. You join through III and must have the product. I called III helpdesk today to find out.  We have it, but it only works about half way.  I can't figure out how to login to the moderator side.  Maybe you will know what to do?

Otherwise, I'll have to call the helpdesk and put in a call for help. I spent a lot of time tracking down the web pages, setting up the WWWOptions and putting in the tokens before we got it.

III turned it on one day. :> They just duplicated the WWWOptions I had set and tokens.  We had three tokens on one page. :>  I had two in different places trying to figure out where I liked it best.  They just added another.  It must be an automatic process for them. :>  The community reviews are still in our staging directory too.  We go live on the 18th.
