Looks right to me. I do a search on Puffins, and choose Maine from the
"Limit by Subject" options, which gives me "puffins and d:(maine)" and the
correct results, bibs with Maine in a subject context. "puffins and
t:(maine)" would be word within titles.
Andrew, this is really amazing -- great work!
