[IUG] SSL Installation on WebPAC

Hi all,

 

I thought I successfully installed our Verisign cert on our WebPAC
(innopac.fauquiercounty.gov). However, over the past week, two of my
co-workers get an Internet Explorer certificate error (vague wording
about something wrong with the certificate) when they attempt to access
/patroninfo. The cert is good through March 2009. Both of these
colleagues have the same OS and version of IE as I and many others, and
we aren't encountering the error. I don't know if it's due to my poor
execution (this is the first time I've dealt with SSL/certs) or if
there's something awry with their browser configuration. Any ideas?
