It appears to me that CCA's holding appear in Worldcat.
http://worldcat.org/oclc/8475631&tab=holdings&loc=94618#tabs and
http://uwashington.worldcat.org/oclc/8475631?tab=holdings#tabs. ???

Did you know that searching worldcat.org will NOT retrieve holdings
from libraries that do not subscribe to OCLC FirstSearch?
For instance, CCA, a governing OCLC member, catalogs with OCLC
Connexion and reports its holdings to OCLC's main database. But
because we do not subscribe to any FirstSearch services, our
holdings do not appear in the WorldCat "public" catalog.
I have discussed this issue with OCLC on a couple of occasions, but
their stance is that libraries have to pay (via a FirstSearch
subscription) in order to have their holdings retrievable via
WorldCat. As a small art and design library, we have no need for
FirstSearch.
I regret that our holdings, some of which are rare or unique, are not
accessible via WorldCat, but it is unfortunately beyond my control.
