[IUG] Software recommendations - Statements of charges

Hello all,

We are looking for a third-party software to help us parse-out the
following data from the statements of charges:

Notice date
Library card barcode number
Patron name
Invoice number
Nature of charge
Description / Item
$ amount per charge / item
Statement $ Amount
Patron's total outstanding fines and bills ($)

We are going to purge fines, patron records, and item records.  Before
we do any of this, we'd like to archive existing data in a searchable
format on a separate server.

We're talking about some 800,000 outstanding charges on some 250,000
patron records, all from 2004 and earlier.  File size is approximately
400 MB.

We contacted III for third-party software recommendations. We were
referred to you.

Also, is there any way we can get the unique patron id
numbers(.p----------)on the statement of charges?
