We often have the same results. (I'm not quite sure this is the same
problem that is addressed in the Known Issues.) What I have found is
that even though the Busy message appears, the record itself is in fact
updated. Have you checked the affected records afterwards to see if the
update did in fact go through?

Hello,
Have any of you experienced the following problem: when trying to
rapidly update a review file you get a "Busy - Not Updated" message on
one (or in this case, way more than one) or more of the records you are
trying to update? We are attempting to change the location code on a
large group of item records and the system will update a group of the
records up to a certain point and then the "busy signal." What gives?
