You ought to check your "Rule for Request" file either on the text based: M>I>A> R > REQUEST rules, or in Millennium Admin ASAA
It makes lot of difference if you edit this file right.
I will send you off the list a copy of our recent file, which is very long because we have 4 libraries with many locations.
