Check your OPAC options (in System Settings) via your telnet client.
There should be an option to suppress the request button if the
item/title is not requestable.

Subject: [IUG] Request button - briefcit keyword browse screens

We feel that the presence of a request option for each item on the
browse screen will be very useful for our students. However, our novice
users may click on the request option for items that are not
requestable. Currently, should this occur the user must login, choose a
pickup location, etc., before being told that this is not a requestable
one. Has anyone found a workaround for this. What we are seeking is a
way to suppress the option for things like web resources or e-books.
Does anyone have some kind of script that might be adapted for this
instance?
