	It's not stated in your query whether you are working in the
character based system or Millennium.  In the character based system
change the "Location" to multi.  You will then be prompted for the
individual location symbols, e.g., documi.  Add as many locations as you
need. In Millennium double click on the location symbol in the fixed
field boxes.  You will get a pop up "Edit data" screen with the current
location symbol already entered.  Click on the "Add location" button to
enter each additional location.

I am trying to add an internet location to our over 4,000 microfiche
govt. 
documents from Marcive which have 856s and already have the location,
docmi in our system.  I need to have the records made "multi" with both
locations.  Could someone please tell me how to do this?
