Was the machine refusing to make a due date on a date mentioned in the Days
Closed table? This happened here recently, so it comes to mind.

1.5.05

Hi everyone,

This morning we checked out 2 items that have 7 day loan periods. The
correct due date is 1.12.05. However, upon checkout, the due date in the
patron's record appeared as 1.10.05--not even one of our loan periods (we
have 28 day, 14 day, 7 day and 3 day loan periods). I quit out of the
patron
record and viewed the item record and the correct due date was in the item
record (1.12.05). I then viewed the patron record again and the due dates
were no longer 1.10.05, but 1.12.05--the correct due date. Has anyone
seen
this before? I opened a call with III, but stuff like this creeps me
out--once I start questioning something as basic as due dates, I have to
start questioning everything and my brain just can't handle it! Happy New
Year!
