There are apparently many possible causes of these, but
we found the following fix:
Research disclosed the following which fixed the problem: For users
that have a CISCO PIX or CISCO FWSM you need to run the following
command: no fixup protocol skinny 2000 This will stop the firewall from
trying to correct issues with the skinny protocol running on port 2000.
