If you do wish to edit in the char based system, my rig (silver) says "Y",
but the authoritative source is the menu on your rig.
Uploasing a CSS does not seem to be an option on my rig, so FTP/notepad
would not appear to be an option, unless there is a work-around.

I would avoid the character-based system altogether and use the FTP
capability that was introduced in Phase 3. You can edit using Dreamweaver
or Notepad or whatever mechanism you find comfortable, then FTP the files
to the server. Or use an editing program with builit-in FTP to "live edit"
files on the server. We use Homesite this way to edit all files (HTML,
style sheets, wwwoptions) for both the staging and live screens directories.

I don't think the options which can be set in "Set system OPTIONS" can be
configured differently for the staging port. The staging port can only be
used to test WebOPAC interface changes and those behavioral options which
are controlled via the wwwoptions file (AFAIK).
