This was my first year to submit votes for enhancements or could have been.
I 
understood that the deadline date was November 8th. When I tried to submit 
our votes today at 5:20 p.m. CST, voting was closed. Is this the usual 
practice ... to close the voting on the website before midnight of the 
deadline date? I didn't see a time in the deadline, as in, for example, by 5

p.m. EST or whatever time the voting actually was closed. I hope I didn't 
make an error and overlook a time deadline because I emailed a protest to
IUG 
and want an extension of the deadline so I can submit our votes. Thanks for 
being there so I can get this "off my chest."
