I just checked our Millennium Cataloging and there is no option, at present time, to link bib records from item records. We are running Rel. 2002, Phase I.
Also, substitution phrases, and we are using many of them are not displaying. At least for us not all of them do display and order of display is random.

I believe it listed as a Release 2002 feature in Millennium Cataloging.
