Requesting available item from branches/main

Hi Innopac users,

We have several branch libraries apart from the main campus library. We are 
looking into the possibility of allowing patron to request "available" items 
in one site from another site.e.g. patron belonging to the main library site 
requesting an available item in medical branch and vice versa.

Can this be done? What about the patron making request from home rather than 
on site because we don't want patron belonging to the home library to make 
request for available item in the home library.

I have checked with the manual and found there is a "denyiflocalavail" setting 
but not sure if it can accomplish this.

Have other libraries provided this kind of service and how would you achieve 
this? Your help and idea is much appreciated.
