Judy,
I'm running Windows XP with IE and GroupWise 6. If you use the
drop-down menus in IE to go to Tools/Internet Options and then select the
Programs tab you'll see where you can select GroupWise as your default email
client. After you've set that just click Apply and try again; if GroupWise
is running it should pop up immediately, if not then you may have to log into
GroupWise first.

>>> SchneiderJ@xxxxxxxxxx 03/08/02 03:21PM >>> We just converted to Windows 2000, and our new default browser is IE. I'm having a problem trying to click on a mail to: link on CS Direct. It worked fine in Netscape, but in IE it opens a new message window in our email software (Groupwise) and has no clue what to do with the blind copy or the subject line. Is anyone else having this problem? Any clues on where to look to change a setting and make it work? Thanks, Judy Schneider US GAO Library schneiderj@xxxxxxxxxx (202) 512-4304 My opinions are mine!
