We
experienced a problem with Baker & Taylor orders when we upgraded to
Rel.2001. B&T received our orders but the confirmation failed. It
could not bounce back to our Innovative server. The confirmation originally
went into the Bounced Email in ordering. The solution was to have a
different email entered on the Baker & Taylor side. If I recall accurately
Baker & Taylor and Innovative had to talk to resolve
this.

Hi,
We have recently switched to using milacq for all our
purchases through B&T, and we are experiencing problems with B&T
receiving our orders. Is anyone else having this problem, and do you
know a solution? Also, we are experiencing frequent lockups of
our local PC when building a order in milacq. Does anyone know why
this is happening?
