Hi
I am a new user of III and our cataloging was working well. We replaced the
PC with a new Dell running Windows 2000 and now we cannot create a
cataloging template. I have called the help desk, but they don't seem able
to fix this. We go into create template, set the language and other fields
then we try and add the 090 field and the barcode field. The template keeps
trying to add the "ALT Author" field. I know this is probably something very
easy, but I cannot figure it out. I would appreciate any help I can get.
