The process is run as a cron job. The frequency of said cron job is set in the
system and is the same for all preferred searches. I forget what the original
default was, but the help desk can change it for you.
All records matching your searches are delivered in the same email message.
(I'll get another one tomorrow, let me know if you want me to send you an
example.)

Does the system queue up all the new arrivals into one message or send out
individual
messages? Can we set the frequency to control if users get only one message per
week
or once per month, or every day, etc....
