No, one or the other. If you do 2b), delete the printer, then 2a) isn't even
available.

I would try 2a), setting "Print directly to the printer", first. As someone
else has pointed out, Windows has a habit of adding back in drivers for
printers that it detects.

Yes, setting the Flush Timer to 1 will minimize the time that Anzio waits to
see if there's more to the print job. And it may be sufficient to eliminate
your delay in printing labels.
