- Subject: My Millennium
Hello!
We just implemented My Millennium at Sacramento Public Library (calling it My Library Catalog). We tested it thoroughly on our training server, then made it live on our production server last Monday.
What worked fine on one, is nothing but problems on the other! The system does not seem to remember us for more than seconds, or a minute or two at most. III has confirmed that our html code is identical in both places, and our IT people say that both servers are accessed in exactly the same way, plus we have cookies turned on. It not only doesn't work from our OPACS in the library, it doesn't work from home, either.
We have a call in to III, of course, but are wondering if anyone else has run into similar problems in offering My Millennium through the OPAC.
Thanks for any feedback,
Carolyn
