This was a hint we got from the listserve. This works really well for us.
List the name twice - in the first name field list the name as you want it
to appear on the notice e.g. Jones Jr, John Doe. Enter the name in second
name field as Jones, John Doe Jr. The second name will not print on the
notices but will be included the list of John Joneses. Try it. The staff
here like it!!
