Hi David,

Thanks for responding, but I'm a little confused.  I'm not seeing a "view
icon" - I have View as a menu choice across the top but still if I answer
"no" to the override question, I can't see the patron record at all.  We
have not loaded Release 2000 yet.  Would that make a difference?  I'll look
into the passwording options.
