We're using an Okidata 395 printer as our system printer. Yesterday after
we re-loaded the paper through the tractor feed the alarm light came on,
and we haven't been able to print since. I did talk to one tech at III
who advised me to clean out the innards with canned air; this hasn't
helped. We've also tried turning it on & off, and refeeding the paper, to
no avail. Today III tells me that they no longer support this
printer. We've also tried an offline print diagnostic and nothing
happened.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Please advise!
Thanks for any help you can give,
Tania Hajjar
