If an item is an hourly loan item you must enter the Wanted From time.
If you don't enter the Wanted From time and answer No when promted Use
current time (y/n), the system seems to assign the Wanted To date using
the same number of hours (i.e. 2) as if they were days.  

If you don't use the booking date as the due date, the item should be 
checked out correctly according to the loan rule.
