| Description: | Are you tired of having to key your invoices twice? How many times have you or your finance office made small typos when rekeying your invoices? Wouldn't it be nice if you could key your invoices once in the Innovative system and have your finance office use that data to automatically generate checks to pay your book and serial vendors? This presentation is a review of the capabilities of the Output Accounting Information interface. It includes an overview of the product, a real life user's description of how to implement the interface for transmitting invoice information from the library to the finance office and some a discussion on the future of the interface. |
