| Description: | Implementing WebBridge in a consortial environment poses a number of special challenges. In this presentation we discuss how the three libraries of the Western North Carolina Library Network have coped with these challenges to make WebBridge an effective tool despite the fact that in many cases we have different subscriptions and forms of access, and that appropriate copies may differ from library to library. We discuss how existing features of WebBridge can accomodate consortial arrangements and make some recommendations on new features which would make configuration easier for consortia. We make further recommendations on some general features we would like to see added to WebBridge. |
